SeaPort-NxG is the Department of the Navy's primary Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle for the acquisition of Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services. This vehicle supports Navy SYSCOMs, including NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, MARCORSYSCOM, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, ONR, and related Program Executive Offices (PEOs), labs, warfare centers, and field affiliates.

Quality Assurance Program
The Media Fusion team, from leadership to employees working directly with our customers, is committed to delivering quality goods and services. Quality is initiated with effective communication and understanding across the entire organization of what is expected. Quality then is maintained over the long term by creating a framework for success and continuous improvement. Our quality approach reinforces these elements with the assignment of responsibility and established measurement and tracking methods.
Our Quality Assurance Plan begins with the requirements described in the Task Order. Upon the initiation of a task, each member of our team will be presented with clearly documented expectations, requirements, responsibilities, and policies, and procedures. All of these items are built into our automated project management software. Quality Assurance policies include built-in reviews and incremental checks that provide adequate and timely safeguards.
At the completion of each project, a customer satisfaction survey is sent to assess customer satisfaction and product quality. Customer input is analyzed by our SeaPort-NxG Project Manager and discussed with the Task Order Lead. Issues are resolved immediately, and comments are shared with the Media Fusion team.
