Richard Williams serves as the CEO of Media Fusion, LLC and the President of our sister company, PCI Productions, LLC. Richard has been associated with Media Fusion since 2007 and was named CEO of Media Fusion in 2019 shortly after the sale of Media Fusion to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians in 2018. The Poarch Band of Creek Indians acquired Media Fusion and then formed PCI Productions, a tribally owned 8(a) and small disadvantaged business.
Throughout his career, Richard has evaluated new technology and business systems, applying them to enhance value for his businesses and customers. Richard and the management team oversee Media Fusion and PCI Productions to ensure the companies are focused on providing world class service to customers while also creating opportunities for employees.
Media Fusion and PCI Productions continue to experience tremendous growth with contract wins since 2007 surpassing $520 million. During PCIP’s third year, Richard was a part of the proposal team that was awarded the Enterprise-wide NASA Communication Services contract in June of 2023, valued at more than $217 million and a maximum IDIQ value of $183 million.
Prior to Media Fusion, Richard was involved in a variety of marketing communications roles. He has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation with a Silver Award for a lifetime of work in advertising and marketing. Prior to the sale of Media Fusion, Richard was an owner of Media Fusion and part of a leadership team that landed Media Fusion on the Inc. 5000 list for three years in a row.
An active member of his community, Richard serves on the boards of Energy Alabama, which promotes sustainable energy, as well as the Community Free Clinic of Huntsville. He is also a graduate of Leadership Huntsville and a member of the Committee of 100, which promotes the economic growth of his home city.
Richard is a native of Huntsville, AL and has memories of his house shaking from the rocket engine tests at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University. When not working he splits his time between the mountains as a hike leader and the water as a competitive sailor.
C.C. Fridlin serves as the CEO of PCI Productions and the President of our sister company, Media Fusion. The Poarch Band of Creek Indians acquired Media Fusion and then formed PCI Productions, a tribally owned 8(a) and small disadvantaged business. C.C was named CEO of PCI Productions LLC (PCIP), Huntsville, AL in January 2024. Prior to being named CEO, he had been serving as President of Media Fusion since 2020 and Business Development/Operations Management for PCI Productions since 2020. C.C.’s diverse background is evidenced by managing the company’s proposal process and submissions resulting in contract wins totaling approximately $500 million, followed by multiple IDIQ BPA’s, increasing annual revenues from $12.5 million to $24 million. During PCIP’s third year, C.C. was part of the proposal team that was awarded the Enterprise-wide NASA Communication Services contract in June of 2023, valued at more than $217 million and a maximum IDIQ value of $183 million.
C.C. spent the early part of his career in hardware and software product development after earning an Electrical Engineering degree, followed by an MBA, working in global sales and customer support. He manages large teams and excels in elevating the vision and goals for those teams and his colleagues. C.C has spent a major portion of his career developing business at NASA with notable contract awards as a sub-contractor for the Test Operations contract at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, and the QinetiQ North America on Engineering Services contract at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida and as a Project Manager with SAIC on the NICS contract.
C.C. holds two U.S. Patents in the field of data communication devices. In addition to a passion for business networking, his interests include cooking. C.C. is a culinary instructor and a cookbook author.
Tim McElyea opened the doors of Media Fusion Inc. on October 1, 1995, to create a new media production and communications company. He served as CEO and realizing a restructure was the road to a greater future, he sold a controlling interest of the company in May of 2018 to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. He remained as CEO until January 2019 when he took the helm of PCI Productions LLC. Building on the success of Media Fusion he enjoyed growing PCI Productions LLC with almost $300M in contract awards in the first three years of the company. In 2024 he stepped back and continues to serve the company in the role of business and solution development.
Dorothy Murphy is the Accounting Manager for six of the companies owned by PCI Federal Services, including Media Fusion, PCI Productions, PCI Technologies, Integrated Federal Solutions, PCI Government Services, and Ecke Holding Company. With 30 years of experience, Dorothy oversees the accounting department’s day-to-day activities and works to provide accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple companies. Her thorough understanding of financial principles and her work experience makes her an important asset to her team and to the companies she serves.
Dorothy received her B.S. in Accounting from Athen’s State University and works at our business office in Huntsville, Alabama.
Possessing over 20 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience, Ms. Campbell leads our team in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition methods, overseeing the entire recruiting function. She collaborates closely with management to analyze workforce needs and external labor markets, implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with company culture and quality standards.
Ms. Campbell has managed the full lifecycle of the talent acquisition process, including deployment, and has built training and development programs. In her career, she has hired over 1,000 healthcare professionals across the U.S. Her extensive experience includes hiring both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS), as well as managing deployment programs.
Partnering with HR Operations, Ms. Campbell prioritizes candidate experience and employee retention. She works with Marketing to enhance our brand presence and communicate our value proposition across various platforms. With a focus on compliance and innovation, Ms. Campbell fosters relationships and drives results, contributing to the company's growth in a rapidly evolving environment.
Ms. Campbell lives in Virginia and holds a degree in Human Resources.
Heather Woodward is an HRCI certified Professional Human Resource Manager with over 20 years of management experience. HR is her passion. She is a true people person who enjoys the diversity and individuality of each employee. Creating an inclusive, organized, and empathetic work environment is her goal. Integrity, good listening skills, clear communication of organizational policies and goals, and willingness to work hard are some of the contributions she brings to the team.
Heather’s training and knowledge of federal and state regulations and labor laws are essential to providing full spectrum Human Resource management supporting 1000+ employees spread across the United States. Implementation and administration of company benefit programs, employee data base management, the ability to work with multiple pay types and pay structures, and fostering great employee relations, are attributes she brings to the PCI Federal Service organization.
With over 25 years of experience in the aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors, Sara Walker is the Contracts Manager at Media Fusion, PCI Productions, and PCI Technologies. Sara manages a portfolio worth approximately $691 million, handling complex contractual relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Sara is dedicated to fostering team collaboration and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.
Sara's expertise encompasses federal acquisition regulations, contract laws, and a variety of contract types, including IDIQ, BPAs, CPFF, FFPLOE, and T&M contracts. She excels in drafting, negotiating, and executing a diverse range of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
A summa cum laude graduate of Faulkner University with a BSB in Logistics Management, Sara holds a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) designation and multiple certifications from the National Contract Management Association and the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
In addition to her professional achievements, Sara is deeply committed to community service. She actively contributes to organizations such as Special Olympics, DBC Foundation, and Huntsville Women for Good.
